By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondent no.6 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner amongst other reliefs.

Considering the nature of relief claimed in the petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.6 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
