Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard.

The appellant undertakes to deposit the mandatory amount and deficit court fee within a period of one week. The judgment by the Claims Tribunal, Nagpur was pronounced on 13th February, 2020. The copy of the said judgment was delivered on 13th March, 2020. The period of 90 days in preferring an appeal falls within the period excluded by the Hon' ble Supreme Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No.3/2020. In view of that, office objection about limitation is overruled. The appeal be admitted, subject to deposit of mandatory amount and deficit court fee.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Call for record and proceedings.
