The petitioner has impugned herein an enquiry report forwarded to him vide communication dated 26.02.2019. During pendency of the present petition, the petitioner came to be removed from service vide order dated 10.08.2020. Being aggrieved by the said removal, the petitioner has filed a departmental appeal before respondent no.5 Senior Superintendent of Post Rgd.

Order 0208wp2743.19 Office, Nagpur which came to be dismissed. The said order was impugned by the petitioner by way of a revision before respondent no.2 Chief Post Master General, which is stated to be pending. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the wake of above position, the relief sought in this petition no more survives and thus, he seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the adverse order, if any, passed in the revision. So also he would submit that due to pendency of this petition, respondent no.2 has not proceeded with the revision, for which he seeks a direction.

In view of above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The respondent no.2 is directed to decide the pending revision within a period of 6 months from the date of this order. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
