Considering the challenge to an interlocutory order rejecting the application for amendment and in view of the fact that suit has progressed further, I am not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. It is, however, made clear that it is open for the petitioner to challenge rejection of the application for amendment in appeal if occasion, therefor, arises.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
