We direct the petitioner and the respondents to place on record list of Government approved Jewellery Valuers, so as to consider and effectively decide the present application.

Civil Application (CAW) No. 3860/2014 Heard.

The respondents to place on record the latest position and status in respect of allegations made in this

application.

Civil Application (CAW) No. 2302/2010 Heard.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of. Amendments be carried on or before next date.

It appears that vide order dated 28.07.2010, this Court was allowed the Civil Application (CAW) No. 2046/2010 but, the petitioner, so for has not carried out the amendments. The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendments positively in terms of the order dated 28.07.2010, on or before the next date.

Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 13/2010 Heard.

Parties to place on record the latest updates and status about various steps undertaken so far for the preservation and conservation of the ancient heritage of Gad Mandir at Ramtek and also steps taken for preventing landslides and loosing of soil from the hill on the top of which Gad Mandir is situated.

Parties shall also appraise this Court about the progress made in the pending Civil Suit and also the proceedings pending before the Joint Charity Commissioner for finalization of the scheme for governing

affairs of the Ramtek Gad Mandir, which is found to be a Public Trust as per the order of the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur.
