In response to the notice issued by this Court, the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have filed reply stating that the amount of compensation deposited by the respondent nos. 4 to 6 is withdrawn by the respondent nos. 1 to 3. In view of this statement, the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, however, requests that the trial Court be directed to decide the civil suit within 9 months.

The writ petition is disposed accordingly. In the circumstances,the parties to bear their own costs. Considering the nature of controversy as it now stands, the trial Court is directed to decide the civil suit within 1 year from today.
