The only prayer made in this writ petition is to decide the petitioner's representation dated 4.1.2021 that is pending with the respondent No.2 - Collector, Amravati.

On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader Shri D.P.Thakre for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that within a period of four weeks from today the petitioner's representation dated 4.1.2021 will be decided. 4.
In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the respondent No.2 - Collector, Amravati to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 4.1.2021 within a period of four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order and to communicate the decision on the representation to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Collector on 2.7.2022 for facilitate consideration of his representation. 6.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
