Learned Counsel appearing for petitioners fairly submitted that the issue involved in the petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in bunch of petition decided by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.6179/2021 Neha Raju More and others Vs. Union of India and others along with others, decided on 29/10/2021.

We have gone through the petition as well as prayer made therein seeking directions to the respondents to permit the petitioners to appear for the examination of B.A.M.S. First year Course on 6th time. The issue is covered by above referred decision, which has declined to grant such a relief by assign the valid reason.

In view of that, we see no reason to deviate

2 45.WP.2434.2021 from the view taken by this Court, hence petition being devoid of merit stands dismissed.
