Perused the order dated 13/12/2014 passed by respondent no.1. We find that the impugned order does not require applicant to deposit amount of Rs.20,000/-. In this situation, criminal application is misconceived and hence, the same is rejected. The charges for Counsel appointed for applicant are fixed at rupees fifteen hundred. JUDGE JUDGE khj
