Heard Shri A.J.Mirza, advocate for the applicant and Shri S.S.Doifode, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant apprehends arrest in crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 370, 363, 366, 366A, 417, 465, 471, 114 and 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is granted protection by interim order dated 15th April, 2016. The learned advocate for the applicant has placed on record an affidavit sworn on 30th April, 2016 stating that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 15th April, 2016, the applicant has furnished solvent surety and has co-operated with the investigating agency. It is submitted that the applicant has furnished his cellphone number, identity proof and address proof. The chargesheet is filed on 22nd April, 2016. Considering the facts on record and as the nonapplicant has not been able to show that the custody of the applicant is required for further investigation, the interim order passed on 15th April, 2016 is required to be confirmed.

2 aba238.16 Hence, the following order :

In the event of arrest in Crime/FIR No. 105 of 2016, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond for Rs.Ten Thousand and one solvent surety in the like amount.
