We dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent No.1, based on the view expressed by the Apex Court in the matter of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Versus Union of India, through its Secretary and another, reported in (2015) 7 SCC 291.
