Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in view of the amendment to the statutory provisions, the present amendment application has been filed. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed.

The prayer of amendment is opposed by learned counsel for the respondents on the ground that the prayer is made at belated stage.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, learned counsel appearing for respondent to carry out the consequential amendment within a period of four weeks. 5.

List the petition within a period of four weeks thereafter.
