The applicants/respondents Nos. 1 to 3 have filed this application for permitting them to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant in this Court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection since the appeal was dismissed vide judgment and order dated 18.09.2024. Against that judgment, the appellant has not preferred any appeal. It also appears that during the pendency of the appeal, 50% of the compensation amount has been withdrawn by the respondents, and 50% of the amount, along with interest accrued thereon, remains pending. Thus, the application is allowed.

Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the balance of the awarded amount, along with the accrued interest thereon, to the bank accounts of applicant Nos. 1 to 3 within three weeks upon their furnishing the bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of.
