As it has been stated in the application that the Judgment in First Appeal No.361/2010 has been challenged before the Honourable Supreme Court by filing Special Leave Petition the interim direction that was issued making the judgment operative after period of eight weeks is extended by further period of four weeks.

Civil application is disposed of. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time will be entertained on this count.
