ATED : 22nd July, 2021 Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and video quality was proper. After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant for quite some time, when the Court was disinclined to entertain the plea for bail, he sought permission to withdraw the instant Application with liberty to file an application before the Court below if the trial does not proceed against the applicant, within a period of six months. Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) No. 593/ 2021 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.969/2021 For the reasons mentioned, the Application for dispensing affidavit, is allowed in terms of its prayer and disposed of. JUDGE sahare
