DATE : September 27, 2017 In this petition it is the grievance of the petitioners that the order dated 21/10/2016 passed in the second appeal directing the appellants therein to hand over possession to the respondents have not been complied. Today statement is made on behalf of the petitioners that in terms of aforesaid order they have received possession of the suit property.

In view of this, it is not necessary to keep the present proceedings pending. Hence contempt petition is disposed of.
