A fair statement is made on behalf of the learned Counsel for the Nagpur Municipal Corporation Mr. Kunte that if the petitioner submits revised building plan online, within the four-corners of the Rules and Regulations, the same shall be considered on its own merit within two weeks from the submission of the plan.
