The appeal arises out of matrimonial dispute, therefore it was referred for the Mediation. The Mediation Report is submitted before this Court, showing that the matter is settled between the parties. Both parties have arrived at the settlement and agreement of settlement is also executed. In view of that, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. 2.

I have personally verified the contents of the agreement of settlement from the appellant and the respondent. Both have agreed the contents.
