This is an application moved on behalf of the respondent no.1 seeking stay of judgment and order dated 12.02.2019 passed by this Court, whereby the writ petition was allowed.

But the learned counsel for the original respondent no.1 informs this Court that the stay was sought for filing a special leave petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, which has been already filed and that copy of the special leave petition was also served on the contesting respondent before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
