The appellant has challenged the impugned order by which the learned Sessions Judge has refused to grant anticipatory bail. The record indicates that victim is

2 appa362.19 35 years of age. The allegations are ranging for the period of two years. Considering these peculiar facts and the material on record, we are inclined to grant interim protection.

In the event of arrest, the appellant / accused be released on interim bail on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount. The appellant shall attend concerned police station on every Sunday and Wednesday in between 10 a.m. to 12 noon till further orders.
