The applicant apprehends his arrest in Crime No. 0233/2021. It is the prosecution case that the applicant appeared for the examination held for recruitment of eighty four posts of Talathi. Out of ninety nine candidates applied for the said posts, ten candidates were found suspicious,

applicant is one of them. It is alleged that during verification of candidates photos and signatures they did not tally. The signature on the application form and the signature at the time of giving examination were found different. 6.

The applicant claims to be a meritorious student and has no criminal antecedent. The documents are already in the custody of investigating agency. Till the investigation papers are made available the applicant is entitled for protection.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.0233/2021, registered with Chandrapur City Police Station, District Chandrapur, the applicant shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 8.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station for a period of one week from 22/06/2021 and shall cooperate in the investigation.

The applicant shall be deemed to be in the custody of Investigating Officer in terms of Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act.

10.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP)NO. 931/2021 11.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

12.

The applicant is permitted to submit certified copy of the order passed by the Trial Court within a period of two weeks from today.
