Heard finally by consent of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 5. 2.

Having regard to the nature of the claim made in the petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.2 - Director of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of approval to the revision of staffing pattern within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
