2] The impugned order dated 3.4.2023 is being challenged, as being without jurisdiction in absence of any delegation of powers to the District Deputy Registrar in that regard.

3] Learned AGP upon instructions makes a statement that there is no delegation to the respondent no.1 in that regard, accepting which statement, it is apparent that the impugned order is without jurisdiction and therefore cannot be sustained. The same is hereby quashed and set aside. 4] The petition is accordingly allowed in view of the above statement. No costs.
