This is an application for seeking permission to release the decreetal amount of the applicant No.2 in the name of Swati Sandip Bhakde.

As per the contention of the applicant No.2, pursis dated 01.03.2023 for withdrawal of the amount was filed on her maiden name. Now, she is married and after her marriage, the name is changed as Swati Sandip Bhakde. The application is supported with the copy of the Aadhar Card.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and applicant No.2 is permitted to withdraw the amount of her share in the name of Swati Sandip Bhakde.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
