29th April, 2016 The respondent nos. 1 and 2 have applied for directing the appellant to join the subsequent purchases of the suit property during the pendency of the suit as party-respondents in this appeal.

Heard the learned counsel Mr. G.G. Modak for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The appellant is directed to join

the subsequent purchasers, whose names are mentioned in the application, as party-respondents. Amendment be carried out within a period of eight weeks from today. Upon carrying out such amendment, issue notices to the added respondents, returnable on 26th August, 2016.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
