By letter dated 01.03.2025, the District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur seeking extension to dispose of the Special MOCCA Case No. 113/2020.

As per the reasons mentioned in the letter, there are inadequate Judges, and therefore, the concerned Court is burdened with the other cases also. Moreover, only four witnesses remain to be examined. Thus, it seems that there is a progress in the trial.

Considering the number of the witnesses which are examined and only four witnesses remain to be examined, the further period of four months is extended.

The District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur shall make every

Inform the concerned District Judge - 1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur accordingly.
