This application is filed for condonation of 21 days' delay caused in filing application for restoration of Writ Petition St. No.22574/2016, which was rejected on 23/1/2017.
It appears that Counsel, who was representing petitioner earlier had not filed application for condonation of delay and as such, matter remained in objection and ultimately, came to be dismissed in default. For the grounds mentioned in para (3) of the application it is found that there is no intentional delay caused in filing this application for condonation of delay. In the circumstances, delay of 21 days caused in filing application for restoration of writ petition is allowed. The application stands disposed of
