This is an application for condonation of delay of 102 days in preferring the first appeal.

Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocate for the appellant. 4.

Learned advocate for the appellant pointed out the grounds stated in the application that for processing and granting administrative sanction for preferring the appeal, the delay is caused. 5.

Considering the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused and, therefore, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.

The application is allowed. The delay of 102 days is hereby condoned, subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- in the office of the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur, within two weeks. 7.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
