Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. 2.

Heard Smt. Anjali Joshi, learned Advocate for the appellants and Ms. Shamsi Haider, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Already the appellants have been directed to deposit the decretal amount within a specified period. That period is already over. Due to COVID-19 situation and compliance of the office procedure, the appellants took time to deposit the amount. 4.

Permission is granted to deposit the entire decretal amount in office within seven days from today. For that purpose, the appellants are permitted to enter the Court premises with all precautions.

The civil application is disposed of.

If there is an application for withdrawal of the amount, it will be considered in due course.

The appellants are directed to take steps for service in those appeals, wherein the respondent No.1 is not served, otherwise the Court may think of vacating the stay.

JUDGE LATER ON 8.

Shri Rahul Shinde, learned Advocate mentioned the matter at Serial Nos. 12 and 13. He is appearing for respondent No.1. He submitted that he is appearing in all eight appeals shown on the board today. In view of that, the following modification in the order:- (a) The appellants need not to take steps for service on respondent No.1.

(b) The appellants are directed to send the copy of memo and documents to learned Advocate Shri Rahul Shinde on email ID.

This order be communicated to the counsel appearing for the parties, either on the email address or on WhatsApp or by such other mode, as is permissible in law.
