The respondent No.4 (ii) (Vinod Pandharinath Bhagile) is reported to be dead and his legal heirs i.e. Respondent No.4 (ii) (a) to 4(ii) (c) are claiming their shares. The respondent Nos. 4(ii) (b) to 4(ii) (c) are minors, and therefore, the respondent No.4(ii) (a) (Pushpa Vinod Bhagile) is permitted to withdraw her share alongwith the share of respondent No.4(ii)(b) and 4(ii)(c) her minor children.
