After hearing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh application under Section 36(1) of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 for grant of sanction to sell the trust property.

It is made clear that the observations made by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati in the order dated 15th March, 2024 will not come in the way while deciding the fresh application and the same shall be considered on its own merits and as per the provisions of law.
