NOVEMBER 20, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 29/03/2019 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati in Appeal No.16/RTS-64/Asadpur/ 2018-19 whereby the appeal filed by respondent No.6 came to be dismissed, thereby upholding the order dated 28/02/2018 passed by Additional Collector, Amravati.
3) I have gone through the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Achalpur (SDO) wherein he has observed that there was no delay. Considering the findings recorded by the SDO, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the SDO. However, as the proceedings are pending since 2020, the SDO is directed to decide these proceedings, within a period of four months from today.
