Keeping the right of the petitioner intact as observing order dated 3rd May, 2018, we dispose of the petition directing the petitioner to appear before the Tahsildar, if so desire so that the Tahsildar may pass final order in the matter. 3.

In case if the order is already passed by the Tahsildar adverse to the interest of the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner has remedy to question the same.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
