Heard Shri Dhawas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Madiwale, learned A.G.P. who appears by waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3.
Shri Madiwale, learned A.G.P. states that he has taken instructions on telephone from Mr. Patil, Under Secretary, Mantralaya, Mumbai. He further states that as per the instructions received by him from Mr. Patil, notices have been issued by the Hon'ble Minister on application dated 18.12.2018 but, he has no further instructions as regards the time period within which the application can be considered and decided appropriately.

Now, it is clear to us that respondent No.1 is already seized of the matter and therefore, it would be appropriate that his decision in the matter is made time bound. Accordingly, we request the respondent No.1 to decide the application dated 18.12.2018, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
