Heard Ms. Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Adgokar, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mrs. Bodade with Shri Mishra, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3, 4 & 5.

We find that an appeal/ representation preferred by the petitioner on 20.11.2013 is pending before Respondent No. 2. Hence, without going into the merits of the controversy, we direct Respondent No. 2 to to consider it in accordance with law within a period of next six weeks.

With these directions and leaving all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present petition. No order as to costs.
