It is submitted by the petitioners that the addresses of respondent nos.6, 9 and 12 as given in the cause title are the correct addresses as those respondents were served in the proceedings before the Revenue Authorities on the same addresses. Accepting aforesaid statement, said respondents are permitted to be served on the addresses already given. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. W.P. NO. 5740/2018.
Issue fresh notice to the respondent nos.6, 9 and 12 returnable in six weeks.
