It is not in dispute that earlier petition filed by present petitioner vide Writ Petition No.6160 of 2012 seeking protection in employment has been dismissed by this Court on 8th of April, 2013. Thereafter, in the light of a later Full Bench Judgment reported at 2015(1) Mh.L.J. 457 (Arun Vishwnath Sonone ..vs.. State of Mah. and ors.) review of that judgment has been sought. It is apparent that change in view of Court and subsequent judgment taking different view cannot form a ground for seeking review.

Hence, without observing anything on merits of the point raised in M.C.A., as we find prayer for review misconceived, it is rejected.
