This criminal revision application is preferred by State against the order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge rejecting application filed by prosecution to add respondent as an accused under Section 319 of Code of Criminal Procedure.

The record reveals that on issuing notice to respondent, even before service of the same, trial was concluded on 7/5/2016 of which judgment is tendered on record today.

In that view of the matter, criminal revision application is rendered infructuous and, therefore, same
