This petition is filed by wife challenging common order dated 14.03.2018, passed below Exhs.7 and 17 in Petition No. E-67/2018, by the Family Court, Nagpur. Some interim orders are passed in this petition by which petitioner'

During the pendency of Writ Petition, the parties have amicably settled the dispute out of Court and by setting out the modalities of settlement, an agreement has been entered into. As a part of the agreement, it was decided that the petitioner - wife shall withdraw present Writ Petition. Both petitioner -wife and respondent - husband are present in the Court, and are identified by their respective Counsel. Petitioner has also tendered a Pursis annexing therewith agreement entered into between the parties. The same is taken on record.

Since the petitioner do not want to prosecute her case, there is no purpose in keeping the petition pending. In view of that, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
