Civil Application to set aside the order made by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court dismissing Second Appeal No.336 of 2012 on failure to correct the name of respondent sole despite grant of sufficient time.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

Accepting the reasons furnished in the application to be sufficient and satisfactory, the application is allowed and delay is condoned. ----

This is Misc. Civil [Revision] Application to set aside the order made by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court dismissing Second Appeal No.336 of 2012 on failure to correct the name of respondent sole despite grant of sufficient time.

Accepting the reasons offered in the application explaining the situation which led to dismissal of the appeal to be satisfactory, Misc. Civil Application is allowed. Second Appeal No. 336 of 2015 is restored to its file.
