08/08/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal representatives on record. Civil application No.1116/2022 is filed by legal representatives of deceased Hiralal Ramgopal Patodiya for substituting their names in place of deceased Hiralal Patodiya. Both applications have filed by legal representatives of deceased Hiralal are not maintainable as it is the appellant was to bring on record legal representatives of deceased Hiralal. However, for want of knowledge, those names were not brought on record during the pendency of appeal. In view of the fact that First Appeal is disposed of on 31/03/2012 an amount which is deposited needs to be disbursed in the account of applicants being legal representatives.

As such, directions are given to the Nazir to disburse the amount of compensation in the account of applicants herein after due verification of their bank details.

The applicants would submit affidavit and undertaking to Nazir that applicants are the only legal representatives of deceased Hiralal and there are no other legal representatives. They shall also undertake that if any legal representatives claims the share, they may reimburse the amount to the claimants.

Both applications stand disposed of.
