We have perused the order dated 09/08/2024.

Respondent No.3 is represented by learned counsel Shri Bhushan Mohta who submits that the action of freezing of account of the petitioner is not at the behest of Telangana Cyber Cell but the same was at the behest of the State Bank of India, NHO, Hyderabad. 3.

It was open for the respondent No.3 to seek instructions from the concerned branch of State Bank of India, however there appears to be conscious on the point that freezing was pursuant to the directions issued by the State Bank of India, NHO, Hyderabad. 4.

Apart from above, the Cyber Cell, Telangana Police has not shown any interest in defending the case inspite of the order dated 09/08/2024.

That being so, we direct de-freezing of Account No.36258358115 of the petitioner with the respondent No.3 State Bank of India in terms of prayer clause (i).
