Shri Tejas Deshpande, learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that within a period of six months, the arrears of the petitioner towards retiral benefits amounting to Rs.9,15,631/- would be paid to him.

The statement is accepted.

The aforesaid amount of arrears be paid to the petitioner by the end of July 2023.

With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
