This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that 14 years girl subjected for sexual assault by the present applicant. There are independent witnesses which shows the prima-facie case against the present applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that now investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the petition. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

The fees of the learned appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
