The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 3976 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 26/06/2009 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.70/2003. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall not claim for interest for the delayed period i.e. 3976 days.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned subject to the condition that the applicant shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period i.e. 3976 days. The civil application stands disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.
