After considering the prosecution case as it is put before the Court by the Investigating Officer in the reply and when it is found by the Court from the reply that the applicants are not at all co-operating with the Investigating Officer, though they are called by giving notice to them, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the permission be given to them to withdraw the present application. Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
