Admittedly, the orders impugned in this Writ Petition can be challenged by filing statutory appeal under Section 7-I of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. In view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction. 3.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternative remedy.
