DATED : 28/01/2021 By this application, the applicant/appellant has sought to condone the delay of 501 days in filing appeal against the judgment and award dated 18.08.2017 passed by learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Amravati in L.A.C. No. 65 of 2011.

Learned Counsel for the appellant states that the appellant/applicant shall not claim interest for the delayed period.

Considering the said statement and in view of reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. The appellant shall not be entitled for interest for delayed period.
