Shri. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate, on instructions received from Respondent No.9, makes a statement that the Respondent No.9 shall act in accordance with the Compromise Pursis jointly filed by the parties before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), between the parties.

The statement so made, is accepted.

We are of the opinion that the statement so made and accepted by this Court serves the purpose of this petition, and therefore, this petition is disposed of in terms of the statement so made before us.

It is made clear that if the parties do not act in accordance with the Compromise Pursis and also the MoU, which is between them, the aggrieved parties shall have liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
