The petitioner had deposited amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) and an amount of Rs.50,000/- with this Court. The writ petition is dismissed vide order dated 27/04/2023.

The order dated 27/04/2023 permits the MSEDCL to withdraw amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited with this Court and to appropriate the amount of demand accordingly. As regards the excess amount, if any, this Court has directed the respondent - MSEDCL to adjust the said amount in future billing. 3.

The respondent - MSEDCL shall make appropriate calculations and convey the amount outstanding, if any, to the petitioner/applicant on or before 10/10/2025 and the excess amount will be adjusted against the next bill. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
